Meet Kaitlyn

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, the coach behind B+Well. For the past 13 years, I’ve helped athletes and everyday humans make meaningful, lasting changes in how they move, feel, and live. But my work isn’t just professional. It’s personal.
As someone living with POTS, hEDS, ADHD, chronic pain, and the daily reality of navigating chronic illness, I understand firsthand how hard it can be to “just take care of yourself.” The traditional fitness narrative often misses the mark for bodies like ours. That’s where B+Well is different.
I blend lived experience with science-informed practice, combining behavior change, corrective exercise, applied neurology techniques, nutrition principles, and pain-free functional movement to create programs that meet you where you are, not where the fitness industry thinks you should be.
My goal isn’t to push you harder. It’s to help you feel better, move better, and build a version of health that actually fits your life and your body.
